Too feel safe and taken care of, the healthcare center was aimed to feel like a place where you meet professionals rather than a home-like environment. Open areas are divided by movable screens and furniture, to give opportunity for privacy without reducing the communication between healthcare provider and patient. Also the front desk and offices are partly transparent to increase the presence of the nurse or doctor.
The visual concept for room dividers, reception area etcetera is a stylized patchwork, inspired by bandages and patches, materials that are used in the daily work at the healthcare center. |
